Novice - 16 teams
Atom - 24 teams
Peewee - 24 teams

- Cheques should be made payable to Waterloo Minor Hockey Association
Registration Deadline: February 1, 2011
No SELECT Teams will be accepted. Teams participating in the tournament must complete an online registration form and submit an approved travel permit/permission from your home association to attend. Registration will take place at your arena, one hour prior to the start of your first game. All teams MUST check in there. Failure to register then may result in ejection from the championships. The coach or manager from each team must attend with approved team roster and travel permit. Players do NOT need to be present at registration.
We Should Have Received the Following Information prior to the February 1, 2011 deadline:
- Completed application form team roster (online registration)
- Travel Permit (faxed 519 725-0387)
Bring With You To Registration:
- Travel permit
- Approved team roster OR five (5) games sheets (last 5 games played).
Eligibility:
Only players on the approved team roster or game sheets will be permitted to play.
A maximum of nineteen (19) players may participate in any one game.
There shall be a maximum of six (5) team officials registered to any team.
